Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us at Fine Designs 4 Less! Our customers mean the world to us, and we like to ensure that they are always satisfied while looking their very best. We understand that ordering online can sometimes be difficult, so we have included our returns, exchanges, and refund policy for your convenience.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for exchanges within five (5) days of receiving your item.  Any item that is returned more than five (5) days after delivery will not be able to be exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, original tags attached, unaltered, unwashed, as well as unworn. In addition, any items sent back that have any type of usage, are damaged, or missing parts or pieces for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Acceptable proof of receipt/purchase is the thank you for your purchase email sent showing the order # will be sufficient.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for a different size please send us an email at support@finedesigns4less.com  In your email please include your order number in the subject and provide a description on why you are looking for an exchange (For Example: wrong size). In addition, mail your item to our address below.

**Please keep in mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.**

All sales on Sizzling Deals and Bathing Suits are FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item and would like a refund, we will gladly fulfill your refund request within two (2) days of receipt of the item.

The item(s) you are requesting to have refunded must be mailed back to the above address in the original packaging, original tags attached, unaltered, unwashed, as well as unworn. In addition, any items sent back that have any type of usage, are damaged, or missing parts or pieces for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are requesting a full refund please send an email to us at support@finedesigns4less.com and in the subject please include your order number. In the body of the email please explain the reason you are requesting a refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

If your refund has still not been received, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lastly, if you still have not received your refund contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund credit to appear on your printed statements.
